How to Cancel

Cancel your HomeAI subscription at any time through Settings → Manage billing & invoices. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel with one click — no need to contact support.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your subscription stops renewing immediately.
  • You retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your account automatically moves to the Free plan.
  • All your data (homes, items, recipes, notes) is permanently kept — you don't lose it.

Free Trial Cancellation

If you are within your 14-day free trial, cancelling before the trial ends means you will not be charged at all. You lose access to paid features immediately upon cancellation if you are still in the trial period.

Re-subscribing

You can re-subscribe at any time from Settings. Your previous data will still be there.

Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of a charge if a billing error has occurred. Contact us at support@homeai.app with your account email and a description of the issue.

Note: A refund does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel separately if you no longer want future charges.
