Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using HomeAI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
HomeAI is an AI-powered home management platform that helps you organise your pantry, wardrobe, bar, and household items. Features include AI-assisted item scanning, recipe suggestions, grocery list generation, and optional home sharing.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
HomeAI offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged the amount displayed at the time of purchase.
Free trials: Where offered, free trials begin immediately on checkout. At the end of the trial, your payment method will be charged automatically. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal (Settings → Manage billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then.
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of a charge if a billing error has occurred. Contact us at legal@homeai.app.

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, item descriptions, notes). By using the service, you grant HomeAI a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service to you.
Recipe suggestions, item identification, and other AI-generated outputs are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate. Always verify AI-generated recommendations, especially for dietary or health-related decisions.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that results in temporary downtime. We will give reasonable notice where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or by displaying a notice in the app. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
